ABOUT Sara Devitt

Sara relocated from Northern California to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2011. Her background in real estate development and advanced knowledge and experience in a diverse range of real estate transactions over the last 10 years makes her a well-rounded real estate professional. In 2018, Sara decided to use her extensive real estate experience to assist others in the buying and selling of properties on the Big Island by becoming a licensed Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson and later becoming Principal Broker of Hawaii Coast Properties.

Sara has been involved in the purchase, renovation, lease-up, management, and sale of over 50 properties across the US (residential, multi-family, commercial, winery/agriculture land). Many of the transactions were complicated and involved seller financing, Federal loans with Freddie Mac, multi-million dollar renovations, new design/build projects, and distressed properties.

Sara is the Principal Broker of Hawaii Coast Properties focusing on Kohala Coastline’s real estate. Her emphasis is always on making sure a real estate transaction is the right fit for all parties. Sara’s strengths in communication, details, and customer service make her an excellent Real Estate Broker.

Sara also received her B.S. in Biological Sciences from California State University, Sacramento with advanced professional certifications in Industrial Hygiene and Microscopy – Mold, Asbestos and Other Contaminates Identification.
